Terms of use.
NutriMouvia is a personal tool for tracking nutrition, workouts and progress. The service operates under the name NutriMouvia. For questions: nutrimouvia@gmail.com.
1. Your personal account
An account is required to use the tracking area and participate in roadmap votes, likes or suggestions. Sign-in is provided by Clerk, including through Google. Protect your account access and report unauthorized access. Do not share your sign-in details or use someone else's account.
2. Tracking and nutrition information
Journals, calculations and targets help organize your tracking; they are not medical diagnoses or prescriptions. Adapt activities to your circumstances and seek advice from a qualified professional when needed.
Searched or scanned products come from sources including Open Food Facts, a collaborative database. Values may be missing or inaccurate. Check information, units and portions against the product label. The app does not guarantee allergen identification or a food's suitability for you.
3. Free and Premium features
Free features include the food journal with name search, workouts and their history, and weight tracking. Premium adds features including product scanning and training charts. Features and prices shown before subscribing describe your selected offer.
Plans may be monthly, quarterly or annual. Amount, currency, billing frequency and any taxes are specified before payment confirmation. Complimentary access granted to some accounts is not a paid subscription.
4. Trial and renewal
The first eligible subscription starts with a 5-day trial requiring a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, payment then begins according to your selected plan. The subscription renews automatically at the interval stated when subscribing.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through “My account → Manage subscription” in the Stripe portal. Check the end date shown there. Signing out, clearing browser data or stopping use of the site does not cancel a subscription. Contact us if you encounter a problem.
5. Withdrawal and refund requests
The 5-day trial is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal. Where applicable to your distance contract, you have 14 days from its conclusion to notify us of withdrawal. Using the app alone does not waive that right. Applicable legal provisions determine any amounts due for early performance that was validly requested.
Send your request to nutrimouvia@gmail.com. You may write: “I hereby withdraw from the NutriMouvia subscription entered into on [date], for the account associated with [email address]. Name: [name]. Request date: [date].” Any other clear statement is also acceptable. Refunds due are processed within statutory deadlines.
6. Your data
The privacy policy explains the data used, synchronization and your rights. You can export your tracking in the app. Check sync status before switching devices or clearing browser data.
Contact us to delete your account and associated data. Specify whether you also want to end an active subscription: data management and subscription management are separate operations.
7. Roadmap participation
Votes and likes help us understand user expectations. The current and next quarters are protected; priority votes cover later periods under the displayed rules. Ideas under consideration can receive likes. Suggestions are reviewed privately before any publication decision.
Future features and their planned periods are indicative. Votes do not guarantee development or an availability date. Do not send unlawful content, third-party private data or suggestions containing sensitive information.
8. Service availability and use
NutriMouvia is in beta. Interruptions, errors or changes may occur, particularly during maintenance. Use export to keep a copy of your history. Report issues to our contact address.
Attempting to access other accounts' data, bypass access controls or disrupt the service is prohibited. Restrictions taken to protect the service must be proportionate to the situation. Nothing in these terms removes statutory protections or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Content and sources
You retain your rights to the content you enter. The service uses it only for its operation and the purposes described in the privacy policy. Third-party content remains subject to its rights and licenses, including the Open Food Facts terms.
10. Questions and disputes
For questions, complaints or subscription issues, write to nutrimouvia@gmail.com. Include information needed to understand the request, without passwords or card numbers. Your statutory rights of redress remain applicable.
